Brief introduction

ZYP540NH is a new type of oxynitride green phosphors for LEDs, independently developed by our company. In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the manufacture of LEDs, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety.

Usages

1.Can be used to package aqua LEDs. Also can be used with UV or short wavelength blue chips.

2.Can be used to manufacture high color rendering white LED mixed with red or yellow phosphor in a specifically proportion.

Directions

     Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved.  (Can be mixed with other phosphors)

Storage conditions: Keep products sealed in packaging and store in a clean and dry environment.
