ZYP500N is a novel oxynitride green phosphors for LEDs, independently developed by our company. In comparison with other products in market, it is more applicable to the manufacture of LEDs, owing to its high brightness, high thermal stability and safety.

Primary Characteristics

Appearance: Green crystal powder.

Chemical Component: Oxynitride compound.

Chemical Stability: No decomposability in water, strong stability from -50°Cto 300°C in air.

Safety Capability: Meet the RoHS standard, no radiation, no toxicity, no hazard to human,   and no pollution to the environment.

Main Parameters

Usages

1.  Mixed with yellow and red phosphors in a proper proportion, can be packaged with blue chips into white light LEDs which have low color temperature and high color rendering index.

2.  Mixed with yellow phosphors in a proper proportion, can remove purple light in white LED packaged with short band blue chips.

3.  Blueish green, aqua .and green LEDs can be packaged applied with blue or UV chips.

Directions

Mix phosphors and silicone in a proper proportion and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Then package some LEDs and measure them. Adjust concentration and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved.
